| The following are the terms of
usage for the website of the Crewmembers Association of the USS Samuel
Gompers AD-37. This website is for the use of the shipmates and family members
of the ship. Although others are allowed access to the site for research
purposes.

| By accepting these "Terms of
Usage" the member agrees to release from liability and hold all
officers and members of the association harmless and without fault for
offensive or inaccurate information or postings made by any
individual.
Members also agree to not use racially offensive, hateful, inflammatory, or pornographic words, photos or videos. Members also agree that any posting not meeting the standards of the webmaster or Officers of the association will be removed by the administrators. Members also agree to respect the privacy of other members and to not harass, spam or share any email address within the site. |
